We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer to join our team at the Madgicx Agency. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of spending at least $500k+ USD with Facebook Ads in the last 2 years, with extensive experience running Facebook Ads for e-commerce and lead-generation clients.
What you will be doing
- Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to ensure that they are meeting the KPI goals for clients in various industries
- Write and test ad copy that converts well on Facebook Ads
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality ad creatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas of improvement
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new advertising opportunities on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
- Create weekly and monthly reports on performance for every client
- Brainstorm with the agency team on a weekly basis on new creative strategies and advertising strategies to improve the performance across all the ad accounts
- Provide monthly feedback to clients on apps, integrations and specific improvements they could make to their website to increase the conversion rate.

- Optimize the Facebook Ads campaigns with AI and automations
- Find inspirational ads to brief into the creative team by making a swipe file ad creative board from competitor ads
- Launching new audiences testing and creative testing using the ads launcher & audience launcher
- Create One Click Reports for clients and for the team internally
What you will bring to the table
- 2+ years of experience with Facebook Ads
- Minimum of experience of managing over $500k+ USD in ad spend on Facebook Ads over the past 2 years
- Experience running Facebook Ads for e-commerce and lead-generation clients
- Native English speaker
- Experience in writing creative briefs for graphic designers and video editors
- Excellent copywriting skills for Facebook Ads
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on campaign performance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong desire to learn and continuously improve skills
