E-commerce Email Marketing Manager
As part of this position, you will work with our customers in the ecommerce industry who run digital advertising campaigns for their brands, and you will be managing their email marketing efforts. The responsibilities include writing 4 to 5 campaigns per client per month, optimizing the flows on a weekly basis, split A/B testing different SMS marketing with Klaviyo, sending the weekly and monthly performance reports for each client, being part of the morning standup call on Monday’s and Friday’s with the team, actively asking questions to learn more about digital marketing strategies and vocabulary, learning how to use the Madgicx app fully, and also providing feedback to the product managers to improve the Madgicx App for our customers. You will need great analytical thinking skills, the ability to be organized & deliver tasks on time, and be a problem solver with a high eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.
What you will be doing
Our Agency department is in charge of the Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Email Marketing for our VIP customers of the Madgicx app. As part of this role, you will be completing the email marketing tasks such as briefing in the creatives for a campaign or writing the copy for a new campaign or writing the monthly content calendar for the campaigns for a client, you will also have to send the revert/change requests for the ad creatives made by the creative team as requested by the client or by the Head of the Agency. Every day will be a constant learning process, learning more about digital marketing, using the Madgicx app and learning about the new releases of the Madgicx app and new email marketing strategies for ecommerce.
What you will bring to the table
- Native English speaker
- Perfect grammar and English writing skills
- At least 3 years of experience in email marketing for ecommerce brands
- Organizational skills and ability to plan and operate detailed projects
- Ability to learn quickly, hungry to learn and grow and must operate professionally on new platforms like HubSpot
- Self-motivated & a strong work ethic
- Team player and must have a problem-solver mentality, always taking the initiative to solve problems
- Have a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Willing to commit to work with us in a long term basis for more than a year and to grow and learn in the digital marketing space
- Junior experience with media buying for ecom brands
Working hours & business days:
Monday to Friday and must be available to answer messages on Slack from 9:00 to 17:00 CET Time Zone, but there are no defined working hours as this job offer is paid by number of email marketing accounts that are being managed so it doesn’t matter when the work is done as long as it is delivered in time. However, you must be available to join the Monday and Friday morning standup meeting with the team at 9:00 AM CET Time Zone.
